The company was started by Sharon Mordekovich after running outbound campaigns for B2B companies and seeing the same gap in commercial real estate: listings reach the tenants who are searching, and almost nobody reaches the ones who are not. The first retail campaign in Ohio produced 110 interested tenants in two weeks. Since then the same method has filled retail, industrial and restaurant space in Texas, Colorado, Ohio and Pennsylvania, and been turned around to find off-market sellers for buyers.
